Standard delivery Signed for 2-3 days - £6 or FREE for using code FREESHIP

*Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on the next working day

Standard 3-9 days £10 

USA

International 5-12 days £12

INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERIES

  • We are not responsible for delivered packages which can’t be located & we are not responsible for any lost packages due to customer inputting incorrect address.
  • We cannot change address once order is placed due to them being dispatched Same day by our distributors.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

To request a return please email info@lewisandjames.com with images of your unworn pieces & your order number.  

  • Earrings are NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygiene reasons. 
  • 14 days to request a refund via email 
  • We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us
  • We cannot replace general damages after 3 months, this has to be stated within 14 days of receiving the item 
  • In the rare result of gold plating tarnishes, we will refund / exchange the product
  • We only offer refunds on items in original packaging and unworn
  • Faulty items will be have to be sent back for inspection & replaced 
  • We advise that you track your return as we are not liable for any lost parcels


Processing your Return/Refund

  •  Refunds process can take up to 21 days
  • Card refunds can take between 5-10 days to show into your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability & approval.

Faulty Items

  • If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for purpose it is considered as faulty goods. 
  • If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you ordered the product.
